Course Description

This Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) course will take the participant directly to the core of UMTS system.
The course considers the history of mobile communication and the necessities that let the 3GPP enhance mobile communication and create UMTS.
At the end of the course, the participant will be able to design a UMTS-based cell that has a poewr control mechanism, and control the communication channels.
